At Cottingham Parks, we know how much organisation and importance is invested into booking and planning an event.

Whether it be a special birthday party, wedding anniversary, christening, or wake, we have the perfect team to help you create the perfect event every step of the way.

The board room has a dedicated dance floor and, when combined with the Lounge Bar and terrace, has panoramic views of the golf course, accommodating up to 150 people for an informal function, or up to 70 diners for a seated table plan.

Catering services can be tailored to meet your specific requirements and buffet and banquet menus are available from £12 per person.

A disco can be arranged through us, or you are welcome to arrange your own DJ.

We recently had our wedding at Cottingham Parks Golf Club, and I honestly cannot express how incredible the whole experience was. From start to finish, the team were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism and experience shone through in everything they did. They took care of every little detail throughout the day—moving easel boards, opening up the main room at just the right moments, and handling things I didn’t even realise needed doing, all without me having to say a word.

They truly went above and beyond to make my day perfect. I’d made a few mistakes with late bookings for suppliers, but the team didn’t hesitate to help, they opened the venue first thing in the morning so my suppliers could get everything set up in time. Their support and understanding took away so much stress and allowed me to focus on enjoying the day.

My guests couldn’t stop talking about how brilliant the customer service was and how looked-after we were from beginning to end. It wasn’t just a venue, it felt like a team of people who genuinely cared about making sure our wedding was everything we dreamed of.
