At Cottingham Parks Golf and Leisure Club, we offer a very extensive range of group exercise classes, which are all included in your health club membership. In our studio, you are not just exercising, you are gaining the energy of a group whilst being motivated and encouraged by our top instructors to chart-topping music.
Whatever your goals are, we guarantee we have an exercise class to suit your needs and abilities. If you desire strength, flexibility and inner calm, our mind and body classes, such as yoga, Body Balance or pilates, will help you on your path. Alternatively, you may wish to punch and kick your way to fitness with Body Combat and BoxFit, or perhaps you prefer to push yourself whilst riding the rhythm with Group Cycle, our indoor cycling programme.
We also want to encourage your inner star with our range of dance classes, ranging from line dancing to Zumba, where addictive dance styles and fun music will guide you to the beat of your workout.
If you want fat loss with increased strength and lean, toned muscle without bulk, look no further than Body Pump, the original barbell group exercise class, or our Total Body Conditioning Classes.
