Planned Power Outage for 7th July

We have been informed by Northern Power Grid of an outage of power, taking place between 9am & 4pm on Monday 7th July. See below correspondence regarding the notice:

We need to turn off your electricity on Monday 07 July 2025 from 9:00 AM until Monday 07 July 2025 4:00 PM.

We regularly check to make sure trees and bushes are not growing too close to the power lines, so they do not cause problems with your electricity. As part of this, we have scheduled some tree trimming in your area. We usually try to do the work without turning off your power, but this time we need to turn it off for safety reasons. As the work may not be near your property, don't worry if you don't see us, just be assured we will get everything sorted as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that on Monday 7th July, between 9:00am-4:00pm,other than the Pro Shop, the remainder of the building will be closed, and we will have no telephones, email or social media access until power is restored, and we are fully operational.

For the remainder of the day, the following changes will apply:

Health Club

Opening times (Gym & Poolside) – 6:30am-8:30am & 5:00pm-9:30pm

Classes – Classes will be cancelled between 8:30am-5:00pm

Swimming Lessons – all lessons will be cancelled and Direct Debits for August amended.

Golf

Pro Shop Opening Times – 8:00am-6:00pm (Tee time check ins only. No purchases available so please ensure you bring food and drink with you or purchase from Skidby Lakes)

Tee Times – Still available through the day, manual check in required with pro shop staff upon arrival.

Tee Time Payment – Must be paid in advance, online, or with cash on the day. Alternatively, payment can be made before play at Skidby, retaining the receipt to provide to staff at Cottingham Parks upon check in.

Tee Time Booking – To book for a tee time for following weeks, please do so online, or after 5:00pm when we are reopened fully.

Restaurant Bar

Opening Times – 5:00pm-10.00pm

Catering Enquiries – Please direct any enquiries to the catering teams email and they will get back to you once the building reopens fully.
