What is...Les Mills Barre

New to our time table, Les Mills Barre is ballet inspired training in a 30 or 45-minute workout, designed to shape and tone the muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday.

This class takes on a modern day expression of classic balletic moves without the bar.

Suitable for all fitness levels, it looks graceful and beautiful, but really makes you work!
