We are changing how you book classes...
From 7th January 2019 our members will have a faster and easier way to book classes!
To make it easier for members to book and cancel their fitness classes, we are moving classes over to the MyWellness system that many of you currently already use in the gym.
That will mean that for classes from week begining 14th January, you will be able to book via the MyWellness app directly from your phone!
If you already use the app, then you should be good to go, but if not then simply download the app, set up an account, and link to Cottingham Parks as your club (if you struggle to link the club, try doing it when you are here and it should pick it up easier).
From there, just go to the home page and you should be able to see the class timetable....find the class you want, click "book class" and voila! Simple!
If you can only see a lock button next to all classes then just give the gym team a call on 01482 622859 and we can unlock your account, (and remember that if you are an Off-Peak member you will only have access to classes within your membership times).
You will get reminders about your class, notifications when spaces become available if you are on a waiting list, and if life has got in the way and you can no longer make the class, it's easy to cancel your booking from the app, so we hope this new system will make it easier for you.
If you are have any problems or questions just pop and see the Gym Team and we will be able to get you up and running, and of course if you are stuck you can still call Reception who will be able to book you in so you don't miss out on your favourite classes!
