Job Opportunity: Assistant Golf Professional / Golf Shop Assistant
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to develop within the golf industry, working alongside our PGA Golf Professionals as part of our Pro Shop team at Cottingham Parks Golf and Leisure Club, and Skidby Lakes Golf Club.
You will be joining an experienced and hard-working golf team, with fantastic opportunities to learn the golf trade, practice, play and teach.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, hardworking, and must have golf knowledge and be wanting to progress their golfing career.
Golfing and playing experience is essential, along with excellent communication and IT skills.
The individual will be required to work in the Pro Shop, covering two shops and workplaces, assisting in the smooth running of all shop duties, customer relations and golf related administration.
The job can be fast paced so adaptability is vital.
The hours are part-time, working 20-30 flexible working hours per week.
Shifts will vary in length between 4 and 10 hours, and include weekends and bank holidays. There will be seasonal variation in hours between winter and summer
Salary is minimum wage, with a range of great staff benefits.
A full driving license would be advantageous.
