COVID-19 Update: Health Club 20th March 2020
Following on from the recent announcement made by government to close all clubs, bars, and leisure clubs etc. We would like to inform you of the following:
• All Health Club members who pay by direct debit will have their memberships automatically put on freeze. We will not take any payments, however, we would appreciate it if you do not cancel your direct debit. This ensures we can get you back up and running again easily as soon as we re-open, and this will also retain your price freeze from when you originally joined us.
• All Health Club members who pay annually will have their memberships extended accordingly.
• If you are also a member of the golf club, Skidby and Cottingham courses will remain open until told otherwise by the government. We will therefore continue to take your direct debit.
We are obviously very saddened by this news, and we are still digesting it ourselves.
In order to answer any queries you may have, there will be a small admin team working from 8am – 4pm tomorrow, and into next week if necessary.
