Covid 19 Update 27/11/20 - GOLF COURSE REOPENING
We are pleased that we can once again reopen for golf!
We will be opening the doors again on Wednesday 2nd December with a first tee time of 8am. While both courses will be open along with pro-shops, the clubhouses will unfortunately, as we are in tier 3, remain closed.
HOW DO I BOOK A TEE TIME?
To avoid the frantic scramble for bookings caused after the March 'Lockdown' and reduce the subsequent 'settling down time' we have decided to transfer all the booked tee times from the weekend of November the 7th & 8th at both courses to the 5th & 6th December. Members have been emailed a copy of these times for players to check their times.I cannot stress enough that anyone who cannot play must let the respective pro-shops know (Cottingham for Cottingham tee times, Skidby shop for Skidby times), so that times can be freed up for your fellow members. Anyone who is booked in, who does not cancel and does not turn up, will NOT BE ALLOWED to book for the following weekend. Please ensure all your playing partners and friends are aware as there will be no excuses.
All standing block bookings (Eggs, Ladies, Alliances etc) will remain with all other tee times available for booking by telephone only between 9am and 1pm on Tuesday 1st December, and from 2nd December as normal.
Please note that the online booking system has been disabled until Wednesday 2nd December.
Please remember, golfers will need to maintain social distancing at all times, and will not be allowed to gather in groups other than their fourball.
The drinking of alcohol will not be allowed.
