GOLF UPDATE 24/3/20
In line with the Government’s announcement last night, we have now closed both the clubhouse and golf course with immediate effect.
Ror our members, many of you will be asking what happens next so we have tried to answer some of your anticipated questions.
We will suspend all golf memberships with immediate effect. No more money will be taken from your account until business re-opens. Please, please DO NOT cancel your direct debits. Cancelling will cause an administrative nightmare once we re-open. If direct debits are left open we will be able to resume operations as quickly and smoothly as possible once the Government give the all clear.
For those of you who have paid for the year 'up front' your end date will be changed in line with the period of lost golf, for example if your membership was due to finish on 1st August and we are closed for 2 months it would now finish on the 1st October.
All current tee bookings will be cancelled with our online portal for booking being closed down.
When the situation changes we will let you know.
I am sure that some of you will have other questions that you would like answers to. Should this be the case please email email@example.com. As we are on lock down we will have limited ability to answer / respond so please be patient, we will get back to you when we are able to.
These procedures will apply at both Cottingham Parks and Skidby Lakes Golf Clubs.
In order that we can get through this current situation as quickly as possible please act responsibly by following Government and NHS guide lines and stay away from the course and club, to above all STAY SAFE.
