COVID 19 Update 18/7/20 - HEALTH CLUB
As promised, we now have temporary member's timetable information for the Gym, Fitness Classes and Swimming Pool when we ropen on Saturday 25th July.
Due to the current restricions, all of these sessions MUST be pre booked, and this can easily be done via the My Wellness app.
• Classes in blue are in the swimming pool
• Classes in green are outside
• Classes in white are in the studio (Spinning will remain in the studio)
Holding some classes outside allows us to increase the class capacity and allows us to increase the overall number of classes on offer.
Since our last email, we have had to change the gym opening hours slightly, again, this will just be a temporary change and has had to be done to allow for staff cleaning of the facility in line with government regulations.
Gym sessions will be one hour long, and will be available on the hour, and half past the hour everyday between the following times:
Monday to Friday 6:30am - 20:30pm
Saturday & Sunday 7:30am - 18:30pm
Don't forget to check in for your gym sessions on arrival at the gym desk.
Swimming Pool Timetable:
General swimming sessions will run in the same way as the gym sessions. Every hour, and every half an hour.
Sessions are one hour long, and this includes your time in the changing area and showers.
Other sessions on in the swimming pool are as follows:
Aqua Aerobics (The rest of the pool will be closed for these sessions):
- Mondays 11:00 - 12:00
- Wednesdays 10:30 - 11:30
- Thursdays 18:45 - 19:45
- Fridays 11:15 - 12:15
Kids Swimming Sessions (Pool open for general swimming as well as the kids sessions):
- Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:00 - 12:00
- Monday to Sunday 16:00 - 17:00
- Saturdays & Sundays 9:00 - 11:00
You must check in for all swimming sessions (except for aqua aerobics) at the main Reception desk as you enter the building.
As previously stated, these timetables are a starting point and will be adapted, and added to, as and when we have increased demand, and the government release any new updates, allowing us to relax timings between sessions etc.
You will also find below an image of what your 'My Wellness App' home screen should look like, and how to navigate it.
You can book for all sessions up to 7 days in advance. This means booking for our first day back on 25th July, will open from this Saturday 18th.
We are still adding a few sessions, so if you see something missing before this date, please do not ring us, it will be added in due course.
