LES MILLS SPRINT is one of our latest amazing new classes coming to Cottingham Parks!

Sprint is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using our spin bikes to achieve fast results!

It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.

A high intensity, low impact workout, that's scientifically proven to give you rapid results!

The 30 minutes you put into a Sprint class is designed to drive your body to continue to burn calories for hours afterwards!

You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as you possibly can, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.

The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

Sprint officially launches at Cottingham Parks this Friday (1st September) at 10:45, and we will see you there for some serious calorie burning action!

If so, then CXWORX is for you!

CX, as WE like to call it, is a fantastic new class launching soon at Cottingham Parks.

It’s called CXWORX as it works the entire ‘cross’ section of the body, so we are talking your abs, lower back, obliques (love handles), thighs, & bum.

A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite exercises & movements – think of it as the glue that holds everything together.

During your workout our brand new instructors will guide you through correct technique as you work with our exclusive new Smarttech equipment, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers.

You will also get into some amazing hip, butt and lower back exercises!

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but also achievable for your own level of fitness.

Did I mention it’s only a 30 minute program so you can easily fit it into your weekly routine?

We will see you on the 5th September for the official launch of CX at Cottingham Parks as part of our exciting new timetable!
